Layout with black accents RCS #35 - "Black Swan"

Hey guys! Recently my life started to be crazy. Every day is a new event and not always good=)
Anyways, I''m here to share with you this LO i created for  RCS #35 - "Black Swan"
this week.
The main theme is to use black.
I went through my paper stash and couldn't find white paper, because first I wanted to create black and white lo. So i came up with this black-brown-yellow-red lo.

Here I used pictures of my kitty, borders from Cosmo cricket, scraps to cut the banners, black brad and black satin flower, a big daisy and a butterfly.

I do not really like this lo=)lol I try to leave all the dark projects and to use more light soft colors but darkness still with me=)lol

Thank you!

My first Gorjuss Girls and publishing

Hey guys! This day had started great! I received two mails: one was my winnings from a wonderful lady on YouTube and another was a Scrapbook Magazine which published my three layouts in March.
First let's start with winnings.
I received some wonderful Gorjuss Girls goodies - envelopes, metal frames, flowers and stamps! And more to say - these are my first girl stamps! Yey=)))
I used just digital stamps of my design or some other but I have never used real girl rubber stamp=))))) Can't wait to use her=)
And the second great news is that I received my Scrapbook Magazine Issue 71 where I was published with these LayOuts.
My first occupation is a journalist - I was published many times here in some newspapers with big serious articles but I have never been published in foreign craft magazines! yey! that's why I'm super excited!

Also I have never seen of own scrapbooking magazine! And also I'm happy because there are some free paper was with this issue=)))) Double yey!!
So hope I gave you a bit of my excitement! Have a great day!

Project "No Hoarding" no1

Hey guys! Today I would like to share with you another card I made for a challenge. I try to organize myself and to enter different challenges for four reasons:
1. To have an opportunity to win goodies
2. To develop my scrapbooking skills
3. To be less lazy=)
4. To use my stash

I call it Project "No Hoarding"! Maybe someone could join me?
I know there are a lot of ladies who hoard supplies and materials. I have not a big stash but still i have it! But I would like not to hoard and not to stack everything in the boxes - when everything is laying somewhere under the bed and you can't see it and don't use it as a result=)

Fast and simple way to edit your pictures

Hello my fiends!
Sometimes we just can't take a good shot and it's so sad especially when you need your picture to be posted ASAP! So here I can suggest a couple of tricks just to lighten up your pictures a little bit using default Mac OS viewer.
This way is simple and everyone can do it even if you're not familiar with editing! But this is just simple way - add a little bit of light, of contrast, crop and resize as well. It can't replace good natural light and high-quality camera of course but it's better than nothing=)
Hope you will find this small tutorial useful!
